針對 4月17日媒體報導臺北市議會二讀通過臺北市處理妨礙交通車輛自治條例修正案一事，臺北市停車管理工程處表示，小型車違規停車拖吊及保管費用調降部分，俟三讀通過後公告實施，自行車違規停車拖吊移置及保管費尚無收取規劃。 停管處指出，臺北市處理妨礙交通車輛自治條例二讀已通過小型車拖吊移置費由1,000元調降至900元，保管費1小時內免收，12小時內以半日收費。 （以下空白） 自行車禁行騎樓。 自行車超越行人前請說借過，再從左側緩慢通過並說謝謝。
