復康巴士乘客訂車個資資料外洩說明

針對今(13)日媒體報導復康巴士乘客訂車個資資料外洩一事，臺北市公共運輸處表示，相關訂車資料係台灣租車公司於93年承攬復康巴士業務時，進行程式系統測試時使用資料，測試後因人員疏忽未能將資料卸載下架，該公司接獲反映後已於日前即刻移除並進行改善完成，對於訂車資料不慎外洩該公司表達歉意，同時將再檢視乘客個人資料資訊安全性，以確保乘客隱私及權益。 公運處另表示，針對此一個案已於日前派員至該公司查核個人資料保護及資訊系統防護情形，爾後亦將不定期查核並已要求業者強化相關資安工作，以避免類似情事再次發生，後續如有涉及民眾損害賠償事宜，將依契約及相關法令辦理。 -以下空白- 自行車禁行騎樓。 自行車超越行人前請說借過，再從左側緩慢通過並說謝謝。
