YouBike系統當機 已搶修恢復正常

臺北市政府交通局表示，今(31)日媒體報導日前YouBike因系統當機，造成網頁、手機APP等資訊中斷，造成使用者無法順利還車情形，系統當機已於30日凌晨修復，造成使用者困擾及不便之處，請營運廠商從寬認定，以維使用者權益。 日前YouBike因資料庫進行系統重整，造成系統於29日下午當機之情形，已由廠商於30日凌晨修復，在當機期間，因自動服務機及手機APP無法查詢空位，造成使用者使用不便的情形，交通局已請營運廠商對於使用者爭議扣款問題要從寬認定，以維護使用者的權益。 此外，對於部分使用者反映無位可還車的情形，交通局已請營運廠商針對特定站位加強調度工作，若使用者於借還車時發生無車可借或無位可還的情形，可撥打1999或YouBike服務中心(02-89785511)協助。 自行車禁行騎樓。 自行車超越行人前請說借過，再從左側緩慢通過並說謝謝。
